Our Mission Statement

Our mission since our inception back in 1979 has always been to provide the best water management services possible to our clients in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. We do so by using the best environmental management practices to enhance and protect the aquatic environment at the lowest cost possible to our valued clients while fully complying with all environmental regulations and laws. Additionally, we strive to constantly improve our services and add to the significant list of items we can offer related to the care of lakes and ponds, such as fountains, aerators, water testing and clarification, stocking of fish (including gamefish and weed-eating fish), lake mapping, sedimentation studies, shoreline restoration, dredging and physical removals while lessening dependence upon EPA-approved materials and emphasizing greater use of natural non-herbicidal methods, such as beneficial bacteria, enzymes, nutrient reduction, and aeration.

Since our customers are so important to us, we always strive to provide them with the best prescription for success in the care of their ponds, ensuring that their particular goals for management of their ponds and lakes are fully met. Part of that commitment is based on providing prompt, professional, and courteous responses to customer questions and needs and working closely together to fulfill our promises.

At The Lake Doctors, Inc., we recognize that a service-based business like ours must be provided by an experienced, knowledgeable, and highly trained staff. That means providing a great working environment for our people with good benefits and compensation, as well as an appreciation for the sometimes tough and challenging work they do. This is why the tenure of our top 30 administrative staff and managers averages almost 18 years!

In summary, the mission of The Lake Doctors, Inc. is to provide the best aquatic services possible to our customers in a friendly, professional, and cost-effective manner, to constantly expand our ability to provide more services to you, the pond or lake manager, and to allow our people to do their very best for you by providing a superior working environment, all while making sure that we are in full compliance with all environmental rules, laws, and practices.
